Poor Gardener.

Hey people!  What’s up??  Sorry yet again for the lack of posts, just haven’t been feeling it.  I have no inspiration or I’m tired or a combination of both; I’ve just been painting them and that’s it.  Not much in the mood for nail art, partly because every time I try to stamp it comes out looking like shit!  I mean shit, like half the stamp doesn’t pick up, it’s smudged, has a blur in the middle, etc.  If you stamp, you know what I mean.  This is one of my latest attempts at stamping and a new brand to me!

I picked up this polish from Five Below by Fresh Paints.  I bought three of these polishes when I was there and a few for my friend Heather because we don’t have on in Buffalo.  I used Fresh Paints Bonna Blue as the base and I can’t say I’m impressed.  The formula is heavily pigmented, which is nice, but the trade-off is that it is very thick and hard to work with.  I feel like my nails look like garbage in here, but I’m going to keep it real with you guys and post it anyway.

The stamping is shit too! LOL I like the idea behind this manicure, but the execution was poor and just shitty all around.

It was very Hawaiian luau feel with the hibiscus flowers and baby blue.  The stamp was BM 318 stamped with Tani Black.  The stamp on my index finger is like half missing on the bottom, because I was taking too long and I just couldn’t get it to stick.  I even tried to double stamp it to see if I could maybe fill it in and even that wouldn’t work for me.

Dang all around, just dang it to heck!
